「手術前」の患者さんに対して使う看護師英語フレーズ
・医師が手術について説明いたします。
The doctor will explain the procedure.
・これは手術同意書です。
This is an operation consent form.
・この手術は尿道結石を取り除くためのものです。
This surgery is to remove your urinary stone.
腫瘍tumor
・かんたんな手術です。
This is a simple operation.
大きなmajor
・全身麻酔です。
You will be under general anesthetic.
部分麻醉local anesthetic
・下半身に麻酔がかかります。
Your lower body will be completely numb.
・手術中は意識があります。
You will be conscious during the operation.
・ご心配いりませんよ。
There is no need to worry.
・手術室に行くのは午後3時ごろです。
You are going to the operation room at about 3:00 p.m.
・この手術は2時間くらいかかります。
The operation will take about two hours.
・手術の前日、夜9時以降は飲食をしないでください。
Don’t eat or drink anything after 9:00 p.m.the night before the operation.
手術当日 on the day of the operation
・手術衣に着替えていただきます。
You are going to change into a surgical gown.
・手術の前に下腹部の毛をそります。
We will need to shave your abdomen before the operation.
・腸内を空にするため、浣腸します。
You will receive an enema to clear your bowel.
・もう一度ゆっくり説明してください。

The operation was a great success.
・麻酔は1時間くらいで切れます。
The anesthetic will wear off in about an hour.
・ここは回復室ですよ。
You are in the recovery room.
・安定したら、お部屋に戻ります。
You will be back to your room after your condition is stabilized.
・傷口は痛みますか？
Is the incision painful?
・痛み止めの注射をしましょう。
We’ll give you an injection to relieve the pain.
・この痛み止めを4時間おきに飲んでください。
Please take this painkiller every 4 hours.
・尿意を感じたら教えてください。
Please let me know when you need to urinate.
ガスが出たらpassed gas
・傷の状態を見せてください。
May I check the dressing?
・動くときはゆっくりと時間をかけてください。
Please take your time if you have to move or get up.

Please come to the outpatient clinic two weeks from today.
・次の予約は1月25日になっています。
Your next appointment is scheduled for January 25th.
